General Overview:
Ship Saks Logistics provides courier and freight forwarding services from the United States to Jamaica via air and sea shipments. Our services include:
Air freight (4x weekly)
Sea freight (1x weekly)
Door-to-door delivery in Montego Bay
Islandwide delivery
Optional barrel clearance
Free account registration
User Responsibilities:
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information for shipments.
Submit all required invoices for your purchases once your order is placed and shipped to our warehouse.
Ensure goods comply with import regulations in Jamaica.
Pay all applicable fees, including customs duties, taxes, and optional services.
Prohibited Items:
We do not accept or ship the following items:
Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
Hazardous materials or chemicals
Perishable goods
Cash, checks, or money orders
Illegal substances
Counterfeit goods
Items that violate airline or customs regulations will be refused or reported.
Shipping Schedule:
Air Shipments: Processed and shipped 4 times weekly. Delivery within 2-48hrs after departure from our wharehouse.
Sea Shipments: Shipped once weekly. Delivery within 14–21 business days.
Delays due to customs, weather, or third-party carriers are beyond our control.
Barrel Clearance Service:
This is an optional service and must be prepaid
Clearance at the port
Delivery to your specified address
Invoices and Package Identification::
Customers must:
Submit all purchase invoices for packages shipped to our warehouse.
Include their unique customer ID and full name on packages for identification.
Packages without proper labeling may be delayed or returned.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments:
Ship Saks Logistics is not liable for:
Packages damaged due to improper packaging by the sender.
Lost packages not correctly labeled with customer name/ID.
Delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure.
We will assist in filing claims with carriers if applicable.
Customs and Duties:
All customers are responsible for:
Any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by Jamaican authorities.
Providing truthful and accurate descriptions of items for customs clearance.
Failure to do so may result in penalties, fines, or seizure of goods.
Unclaimed Packages
Any packages remaining unclaimed after 30 days may be subject to auction in order to recover associated costs.
Limitation of Liability:
Ship Saks Logistics shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Delays or loss of profit due to shipping issues
Any loss resulting from customer negligence or failure to comply with these terms
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
